FeiYue is a Volunteer Welfare Organization whose main work is in counseling services for families who are having challenges in marriage, parenting, substance abuse/addictions; also families with domestic abuse and neglect as well as financial needs.

Volunteers with cars or transport vehicles are encouraged as the items are bulky and some households are located far apart. Children of schooling age are welcome if they are fully vaccinated.

Volunteers meet up at Fei Yue Family Service Centre Yew Tee office. They are grouped in teams and assigned to a volunteer with a vehicle. They then go around residences of different family beneficiaries to distribute the quarter's milk allocation for young children.
